Defusing Difficulties™

     Dr. Kathryn Farinholt has successfully dealt with difficult people for over 30 years.  While conducting training for government and private industries across the country, she developed the Defusing Difficulties™ Technique.  Seven years ago, she began teaching this simple technique to clients.  Kathy is a master teacher with thirty years experience and has taught all age groups from preschoolers to graduate students to computer professionals.  Kathy holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Computer Information Systems, a Master of Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
