The one day seminar is conducted in two sections. During the sixty minute group section the participants learn how to apply the Defusing Difficulties™ Technique. The second section consists of thirty minute one-on-one sessions where each participant's specific problem is discussed and the Defusing Difficulties™ Technique is tailored for each problem. The individual sessions ensure privacy for the participants.
